At OutShape we work in the background with a standard K-Factor for the materials in our database in order to calculate the bending loss of the sheet deflection.
We work with the following standard factors:
Steel 0.65
Alu 0.85
Stainless steel 0.122
It is also possible to replace this default value with your own K-factor so that the plate deflection can be made entirely according to your wishes and machines.
