The bending loss is calculated in OutShape according to DIN6935.
The patterns can be downloaded as an image and as a .dxf file. With a .dxf file you can control machines, this is a universal interchangeable file format.
You can save your own profiles in your personal library. You can open these profiles again later, adjust them if necessary and then make the flat pattern layouts from them.
OutShape supports standard aluminum, stainless steel and steel sheet material. Of course you can use OutShape for any kind of sheet material to make a flat pattern. You can enter the K-Factor at OutShape yourself if preferred.
In OutShape you only work with parameters, which means that you build your profile by entering values. A CAD package is more advanced and thus more complex. OutShape offers the possibility to make flat patterns very quickly and easily.
OutShape works with dimensions according to DIN 6935.

If you are an OutShape customer, you can create a ticket via the dashboard. We will process your ticket within 24 hours on working days.
A subscription can be monthly or yearly.
